Tell us the validator (name or vote key), what looks wrong and where you saw it. We check it against the source data and fix it.
Run a validator?
Your name, logo, website and description come from your on-chain validator info — update them there and they appear here after the next refresh. For questions about a score or a flag, write to us with your vote key; the formula is on the methodology page.
